Fair. I made an Okonomi-yaki because I want to consume pork meat and cabbage that are nearly an expire date. But I don’t want to eat a large amount of Okonomiyaki, so I adjusted the amount of flour and water for one person. Everyone could recognize there were too much a port meat and a cabbage, but I’ve thought “it’s okay, maybe.” In the result, I couldn’t manage to do. The dough of Okonomiyaki has ruined in front of me. I tried to gather it and covered it with Otafuku-sauce and mayo.
晴れ。豚肉とキャベツを使い切りたいと思い、お好み焼きを作る。そんなに大きなお好み焼きは食べたいわけじゃなかったから、粉と水の分量は１枚分にした。どう見てもキャベツと豚肉の量が多かったけど、どうにかなるだろうと思い、そのまま焼く。が、どうにもならなかった。ボロボロと崩れてくる生地を何とかかき集めて、タレとマヨネーズでカモフラージュして食べる。
